This evening at 6:30 pm the 2022 church council of Peace Lutheran will meet together for the last time. On Sunday, January 29th at our annual meeting we will be electing new council members to replace those finishing their terms. So I would like to take a moment to thank all of our council members for their dedication, passion, and leadership.

  • Our current president Wendy Rossi has served two terms and will be retiring from council in two weeks. She has served as the liaison to the Christian Education team.
  • Our current vice president Len Fisher is completing his term in two weeks and has served as a co-liaison to the Inreach/Outreach team.
  • Our current secretary Claudia Wolfe is finishing her first year on council and she will be eligible for re-election for a second term next year. She has served as co-liaison to the Inreach/Outreach team.
  • Our current treasurer Bill Kirchhoff is just beginning his second term on council and serves as co-liaison to the Property team.
  • Cindy McDonald has served two terms on council and will be retiring in two weeks. Cindy served two years as secretary and is the liaison to the Stewardship Team.
  • Sara Peterson is completing the first year of her first tern on council and serves as the co-liaison to the Inreach/Outreach team.
  • Mike Kosch will be beginning his second term on council and serves as co-liaison to the Property team.

So, Wendy, Len, and Cindy... thank you for your service! Claudia, Bill, Sarah, and Mike... we look forward to supporting and praying for you in your service on council this coming year!
