While the Cat's Away...

At the moment you are reading this, Jim and I are basking in the warmth of Henderson, Nevada just outside of Las Vegas! My daughter Colleen and her partner Chuck moved out here last October. Colleen is working at Amazon and Chuck is working for Google. We really needed a vacation and since all four of us are fully vaccinated we were comfortable flying out here. Hopefully, we will return rested and relaxed.

So, while the cat's away... the mice will continue to play! We have the wonderful opportunity to have Assistant to the Bishop, Pastor Gary Erickson for the Northern Illinois Synod to preach and preside this coming Sunday! Please make sure to welcome Pastor Gary and thank him for serving Peace.

The cat will be returning to the office on Tuesday, May 25th.
